Summary:

Peace has settled upon Hyrule since Ganon's imprisonment in the Sacred Realm. Link now lives a normal life, with no one knowing of the splitting timelines, except Link and Zelda. 10 years have passed since Zelda sent Link back to his childhood and returned peace to Hyrule, but shadows loom in the distance.

Story Notes:

I wrote a story call "Drowning Sorrow" two years ago, but after reading it, I realized I wrote myself into a corner and didn't really write the story the way I wanted, so it became this jumbled up mess. I was going to rewrite it, but decided to take elements from that story and write a completely new one.

Prologue by Required

     "How much time do we have?"
     "Not enough, unfortunately..."
     "Be specific! This is no time to be cryptic, dammit!"
     "I honestly don't know... Five days, a week at best."
     "... That's it?"
     "I'm afraid so..."
     "But what of the prophecy?"
     "You believe that bullshit at a time like this?!? Obviously there isn't a prophecy to fufill!"
     "But it can't be... The goddesses..."
     "Well, if your goddesses DO exist, I hope they show themselves soon..."
