Alex paused. Shiloh and Mike had a good point. If he could make the connection between Legend of Zelda and the Congo, other people, people in positions of authority and power, would as well. And then . . .
Alex gave himself a mental shake. If he paused and thought about it too long, he'd miss this opportunity to finally get the hell out of Maine and the hell-hole he lived in.
"Well, OK, we'll think of what else to do on the train, all right?" Alex asked. Mike, Shiloh and Sara agreed on the plan.
Tickets in hand, the group boarded the train. Within an hour, they were heading west. They settled into their seats long enough to know where they were, then made for the lounge car, where they could discuss plans of what to do when they got to their destination.
